Eating Plan (3500 Calorie Range) *Read NOTE below
Okay, so you've calculated your macros (wait you have not yet ! NO PROBLEM, use the tool on my website to calculate your maintenance calories. Depending on your goals you want to either maintain, bulk or cut.
These diets have been calculated with 500 calorie increments, so if your maintenance is 3000 calories and you wanting to bulk, you should follow the 3500 calorie eating plan, same as if you want to cut, drop 500 calories and run a deficit, so if your maintenance is 3000, select the 2500 calorie option eating plan.
The plan includes ways to spice your food, how to prepare your meals and a convenient shopping list with the necessary ingredients.
